This project was many years in the making. Originally designed as a 5000 SF spec home, the designs and plans were drastically changed once the removal of a large grouping of trees revealed unobstructed panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles to the ocean.
Although this Holmby Hills home was located on a slope, with the use of over 100 caissons, Beton was able to turn the project into a 17000 SF mansion. The project was 90% finished before it was sold during construction for $25 million dollars to a very well known Angeleno.
Beton creatively was able to utilize the slope by building a large two bedroom guest house underneath the infinity pool. The main house itself is two stories with five bedrooms, a maid room and a media room.
We gave the home an indoor/outdoor feel to bring the stunning views of the city into every aspect of the house.
