This building was part of a two house project. It’ a 3000 SF 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath modern style two story house built on a very steep slope in a canyon setting. Designing the retain walls and creating space for parking were two of the major challenges of this project. We managed to create a very cute courtyard and a nice backyard despite of the restriction of this lot. Street parking is very limited on Beverly Glen road due to the street traffic and being on a canyon. We managed to create a nice street parking space for 3-5 guest cars, which is a nice addition to the 3 car garage under the building itself.
