In 2018, Beton Construction purchased a 12k sqft multifamily zoned lot in Los Angeles with the intent to develop it. After negotiating buyouts with the existing tenants, Beton put together a team of consultants to design and entitle the site for a four story, 14 unit ground up luxury apartment building with at grade parking. 

 

 

Serving as the General Contractor, Beton started construction on the site in April 2021 and is currently expecting the buildings Certificate of Occupancy in July 2023. The project consists of mostly 3bd 3bth apartment units with large balconies and shared rooftop deck with expansive city views.
