This 2000 SF, three unit apartment building in Culver City adjacent to Playa Vista was in the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP) when first acquired.

REAP is when The Housing Department decreases the rent price of a building up to 50% due to health, safety and inhabitable conditions present in it.

We made all the repairs to free it from REAP, negotiated buyouts with the holdover tenants, and beautifully remodeled the property. All units are currently being rented at market rates.
