In 2020, Beton Construction was brought on as the General Contractor for a four story 11 unit ground up apartment building with at grade parking. 

 

Starting construction during the Covid 19 pandemic, Beton was able to complete this project in less than 16 months. The project consists of mostly 1bd and 2bd apartment units with balconies and shared outdoor deck amenity space.
