This 12500 sq ft mansion was built in the heart of Brentwood in 1999. The building has five beautiful bedrooms, along with a rec room and a home theater in the basement, a maid room and nine bathrooms. On the outside it has a beautiful big yard with a pool along with indoor/outdoor sitting areas with a masonry fireplace connecting the two.

 

This project included working directly with Richard Landry, architectural designer of Custom SFRs, and was featured in 1999 on the Discovery Channel as “Finest Home in Brentwood – 1999”
